Depression

, depressed woman, Therapy Farnham,Psychotherapy Fleet,Counselling Basingstoke,psychotherapy farnham,psychotherapy fleet,Counselling farnham,Counselling fleet
Feeling an emptiness or despair that won't go away, may well be a sign of depression. Previously enjoyed activities such as hobbies or being with friends and family may hold very little appeal.

Being depressed is very different to having an 'off-day' or feeling a sadness in response to normal situations in life.

"I was very depressed and lost in a tangle of confusion and darkness... with Johns help I have progressed to feeling calmer, happier, more confident and more resilient and step by step I am coming further and further into my light with a sense of peace and hope for my future." - Client Feedback

Counselling or 'talking' therapy can be a very helpful contribution to overcoming depression. I can work with you to provide some tools and techniques that can practically help you cope more with your situation. I can also help you come to understand the root cause of why you feel the way you do and help you identify small steps you can take that can lead to a more rewarding life.

Please contact me if you would like to discuss your situation and find out whether you feel I can be of assistance.
